LeenRecall is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution that allows manufactures to set-up Recall or product bulletins quickly using email Alerts to dealers. The Recall/Bulletin administrator can publish all relevant technical information on a website for dealer’s to action and complete the Recall/Bulletins requirements. The CSV file imports features allow the manufacture to import of Dealer contact and product data into LeenRecall software quickly. The status of each Recall campaign or product advisory bulletin is displayed so both the dealer and the Recall administrators have a clear picture of the progress by dealer, model and serial number. The administrator can add products to a recall by Model and build date or individual serial number. The system uses the comments system used in LeenWarranty and LeenRecovery products to add comments and upload files to advise and proved the completion of the recall. CSV file exports allow further data analysis in spreadsheets or import into other software systems. LeenRecall also integrates with LeenWarranty to process warranty claims resulting from the Recall. LeenRecovery can be used to claim back Recall costs caused by suppliers.
